These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lightdodo regarding your access to, browsing of, and purchase of all products (night lights, ambient lights and peripheral products) on the Site. By accessing, using the Site and placing orders for products, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of this agreement. We reserve the right to modify and update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site and take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Product & Order Rules

  1. All product pictures, texts, parameters, colors, sizes and other information of night lights and ambient lights on the Site are for display reference only. Due to shooting light differences and display device differences, slight differences between the physical product and the page display shall not be regarded as product quality problems.
  2. Users shall fill in accurate receiving information and contact details when placing orders. We shall not be liable for delivery delays, lost packages or other losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by users.
  3. We will arrange delivery in the order of successful orders. In case of special circumstances such as insufficient inventory, product discontinuation or force majeure, we have the right to cancel or delay orders, and will contact users in a timely manner for refund or order adjustment.

3. Payment & Pricing Terms

  1. All product prices displayed on the Site are exclusive of tariffs, shipping fees and other additional charges. The final settlement price shall prevail on the order checkout page.
  2. Users shall complete payment through the official and supported payment channels of the Site. An order is valid only after successful payment. Malicious non-payment, repeated payment, fake orders and other improper behaviors are prohibited.

3. We reserve the right to adjust product prices and promotion rules at any time. Price adjustments will not affect confirmed valid orders.

4. Return, Exchange & After-sales Policy

  1. We comply with cross-border e-commerce and consumer protection regulations and support compliant returns and exchanges. If the product has non-artificial quality problems, damage or wrong/missing delivery upon receipt, users may apply for after-sales service within the specified time with valid order screenshots and product photos.
  2. Free return, exchange and maintenance services are not applicable to product failures caused by artificial damage, unauthorized disassembly and modification, abnormal use, or orders beyond the after-sales period.
  3. International shipping fees, tariffs and other expenses incurred by returns and exchanges shall be borne by the user unless the return or exchange is caused by product quality problems.

  1. All text content, product images, videos, LOGOs, design copies, layout designs and other intellectual property rights on the Site are owned by Lightdodo and protected by relevant intellectual property laws and regulations.

6. User Conduct Rules

Users shall not engage in any illegal, improper or infringing behaviors when using the Site services, including but not limited to malicious order brushing, malicious negative reviews, embezzlement of others’ information, website system attacks and dissemination of illegal or bad information. We have the right to suspend or terminate user services and cancel orders for violations, and reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities.

7. Disclaimer

  1. We will strive to ensure stable website access and continuous services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We shall not be liable for service interruption or abnormality caused by network failures, system maintenance, hacker attacks, force majeure or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
  2. Except for the explicit after-sales responsibilities promised by us, we shall not be liable for any indirect losses or lost profits of users.
