1. Introduction

2. Shipping Coverage
We provide shipping services to most countries and regions worldwide, including North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Oceania and other mainstream areas.
Certain remote areas, war-affected regions and countries with shipping restrictions are not available for delivery due to logistics limitations. The system will automatically block unavailable addresses during checkout. If an order cannot be delivered or is returned due to an invalid address provided by the buyer, all relevant losses and return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Time
- Processing Time: All confirmed orders will be processed, packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders received on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Estimated Shipping Time (for reference only, excluding force majeure delays):
- North America: 7-15 business days
- Europe: 8-18 business days
- Southeast Asia & Oceania: 5-12 business days
- Other remote areas: 15-25 business days
All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Actual delivery time depends on the logistics carrier and customs clearance progress.
4. Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping Fee: Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on product weight, size and destination. The final fee is clearly displayed on the checkout page with no hidden charges.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping promotions for eligible orders from time to time. The minimum order amount and applicable regions are subject to ongoing store activities.
- Oversized & Overweight Items: Additional shipping surcharges may apply to oversized or overweight products. Extra fees will be shown on the checkout page or confirmed with customers before shipment.
5. Tracking & Delivery Acceptance
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated and updated in your order details. A shipping confirmation email will also be sent to your registered email address for real-time tracking.
- Packages can be signed for by the buyer, family members, front desk staff or parcel station agents.
- Once the logistics status shows “Delivered”, the order is considered successfully completed. Any loss or damage occurring after delivery shall be the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Customs & Duties
- International shipments may incur import duties, taxes and clearance fees charged by local customs authorities. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient (buyer).
- Customs policies vary by country. We do not control, collect or reimburse any customs fees or taxes.
- If the package is returned or destroyed due to the buyer’s refusal to pay duties or taxes, no refund will be issued, and all losses shall be borne by the buyer.
7. Refusal, Return & Exception Handling

Unreasonable Refusal: If the buyer refuses delivery, abandons the package or refuses to pay customs fees for personal reasons, all round-trip shipping and clearance fees will be deducted from the refund.
- Invalid Address & Unclaimed Package: Losses caused by incorrect addresses, invalid contact information or unclaimed packages shall be borne by the buyer.
- Shipping Delays: Delays caused by customs inspection, bad weather, peak shipping seasons, epidemic control, policy changes or other force majeure events are not our liability and do not qualify for refunds or compensation. We will assist customers in tracking logistics updates.
8. Loss & Damage Guarantee
- If the package is confirmed lost during transit before delivery, we will offer a full refund or free reshipment (customer’s choice).
- For damaged or missing items upon delivery, customers must provide unboxing photos and tracking proof within 48 hours after delivery confirmation. After verification, we will offer solutions including reshipment, partial refund or full refund.
